Idaho Open Chess Tournament

I here recently went to a Chess tournament in Twin Falls, ID. The tournament was from 2/13 to 2/15. I got 2 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses. Here are some pictures from the tournament. In each game, there was a clock on the board with 3 hours on each side.

I played a few 'for fun' games out side the tournament.

I got First Place in the unrated section. (And I also was the only unrated player there.)

While we waited for the other people to finish there games. We went to Shoshone Falls. This is a wall of ice that was on the way to the falls.

Here is Caleb Kircher and I standing on the lookout deck. The Kirchers are friends of my family and they drove me up to Twin Falls.

Soccer!

Dad and Nathan play on a soccer team named the Ninjas.
Last Saturday on the 14th they played a game and won.

Dad and us three girls went to the Idaho Steel Heads hockey game on the 13th of February.

The Baby Shower

Noah Abernathy & Daniel Ireland had their baby shower on the 7th of February. It was fun to have the two boy's baby shower on the same day!
